About Me – Ana, Founder of Be You by Ana
Since I was a child growing up in Ecuador, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the world of fashion. I remember watching my grandmother sew clothes for me and sharing stories about how my mom designed her own bags and wardrobe. Those memories planted a seed in me—and by the age of 17, that seed blossomed into my first clothing boutique.
Everyone thought I was crazy. I was the first in my family to take such a path. While our family business was built around motorcycles and electronics, I was dreaming of fabrics, textures, and expression. I followed my heart.
Later, I moved to the United States to pursue a career in photography and modeling, and had to close my boutique. But life, as always, redirected me. I began designing handbags again, selling them to friends, and little by little, something beautiful began to grow.
That dream took shape in Miami with the birth of Be You by Ana—a brand built to celebrate authenticity, comfort, and confidence. It’s more than fashion—it’s a movement to empower women to feel their best and simply Be You.
Over the years, Be You has been featured in bazaars, pop-up events, physical stores, and even on television—including appearances on Megacines, among other media outlets. We’ve been part of spaces where fashion meets purpose, allowing the brand to gain recognition both nationally and internationally.
One of our proudest achievements is the creation of our podcast and digital channel, Be You by Ana, founded to inspire women to believe in themselves, grow in self-confidence, and walk their own path with faith and strength. It’s a space to motivate, to share real stories, and to remind every woman: you are not alone.
As a speaker and entrepreneur, I’ve trained and evolved through this journey, with every step rooted in service. Be You has created a powerful community of real women—women who lift each other up without judgment, who contribute their strength, love, and support so that we all grow together.
My purpose has always been—and will continue to be—to serve. To remind every woman of her unique light. To help her reconnect with her authenticity. And to give her the tools and encouragement she needs to step into the world, boldly and fully herself.
Because when you believe in yourself, everything begins to change.!
